1. Overview
The Caught in 4K Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is run by DriveVision (ABN 55 676 978 260), Brisbane QLD, Australia (“DriveVision,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By submitting footage or otherwise entering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and to our general Website Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
- Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
- Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of DriveVision are not eligible.
- Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.
3. How to Enter
- Submit your footage through the official DriveVision submission form during the relevant monthly entry period.
- Each video upload counts as one (1) entry.
- Maximum five (5) entries per person per month.
- Entries reset monthly; previous submissions do not carry over to the next draw. To remain eligible, entrants must submit new footage each month.
- Submissions must include a valid name and email address. Incomplete or inaccurate entries may be disqualified.
4. Footage Ownership and License
- Entrants must only submit footage they personally recorded using their own DriveVision dash cam.
- You retain full ownership of your footage.
- By submitting, you grant DriveVision a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, distribute, and display the footage for commercial, promotional, and advertising purposes, including but not limited to:

Paid advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)

Email marketing
- DriveVision does not claim ownership of your footage.
- Entrants confirm that submitted footage does not infringe on any third-party rights, privacy, or intellectual property, and indemnify DriveVision against any claims arising from its use.
5. Prize Details

Monthly Prize: $250 cash (AUD) plus one DriveVision Dash Cam Setup (4K Front Cam, 2K Rear Cam & 256 GB micro SD card).
- One winner is drawn at random at the beginning of each month from valid entries received in the previous month.
- Winners will be notified via email within 7 days of the draw.
- Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for other goods or services.
- DriveVision reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Verification
DriveVision may request proof of identity or ownership of the submitted footage before awarding a prize. If verification cannot be confirmed, the entry may be disqualified and a replacement winner selected.
7. Publicity & Credit
By entering, you consent to DriveVision mentioning your first name, city, and/or submitted clip when featured online.
8. Disqualification
- Entries may be disqualified if they contain offensive, illegal, or unsafe material.
- Entries filmed or owned by someone other than the entrant may be disqualified.
- Entries that breach these Terms or our Terms of Service may be removed.
9. Liability
DriveVision is not responsible for technical failures, lost submissions, incorrect contact details, or any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or prize use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the replacement of the prize or re-supply of services.
10. Privacy
Personal details collected are used only to administer the Giveaway, contact winners, and send DriveVision updates in line with our Privacy Policy. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.
11. General
- DriveVision may amend, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
12. Additional Content Use Reward
DriveVision may, at its discretion, select submitted footage for use in advertising or promotional campaigns.
If a submission is selected and used in paid advertising, DriveVision may provide the entrant with a one-time reward (e.g. $50 AUD gift card or equivalent).
