This 6m extension wire helped me to install the rear camera inside my canopy. Thanks to DriveVision to have this option for the customers to buy extra needful kit along with the camera. I recommend to the owner's who have a long body vehicle.
Definitely recommend purchasing this extra if installing in a Larger vehicle/4WD Wagon like a Prado/Landcruiser.

Great item. For a standard dual cab ute I would recommend purchasing extension in initial purchase as the 6 metre length would more than adequately cover the required length without having to utilise the box supplied cable and would mean one less join in the installation

Is what is and does the job
Loving the Drivevision dash cam, the quality is awesome on both front & back
I have been using my DriveVision camera some time, and having recently changed cars, I took the front and rear camera out of my old car. Therefore, when looking at putting the cameras into my new car, I needed to get replacement cables. DriveVision went above and beyond in providing me with replacement cables.
With the extension, both front and rear cameras are recording perfectly. I only needed 1/2 metre to complete the rear connection so 6 metres was overkill. Options for say 2m, 4m or 6m extensions would be ideal.
Not much to say - a cable is a cable and it worked as one would expect a cable to work.
Haven’t had the chance to install it yet. Previous purchase in different vehicle works fine, but feel ripped off in having to purchase software to down load and store recordings
I needed the extension to get to the back of the ute which has a canopy fitted. It is working perfectly and I could not be happier.
